Before we arrive
- Clear the floor. Pick up toys, shoes and anything fragile. We can move light furniture.
- Point out problem spots. Let us know about stains, pet accidents or odours so we can pre-treat them.
- Plan for drying. Carpets usually dry in 3 to 6 hours. Open windows or run the air conditioning to speed it up.
- Keep pets away from damp areas until they’re dry.
