Pro Wet & Dry respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, suburb, the service you are interested in and a description of what needs cleaning.

Our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate; it sets first-party cookies and you can opt out with Google’s browser add-on. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and carry out work you book with us. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Online bookings

Online bookings are handled by our job management system, ServiceM8. Details you enter on the booking page are collected by ServiceM8 on our behalf and handled in line with ServiceM8’s privacy policy.

Storage and security

Enquiries are delivered to our business email and a copy is kept on our secure web server so that no enquiry is lost if email delivery fails. Access is restricted, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Third-party services

Our contact page includes an embedded Google Map. When it loads, Google may receive information about your visit in line with Google’s privacy policy.

Access and correction

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.
